A way to see if your connection is being used as a truck. Because its not a truck, dammit!
All I can say is, Duh! Why didn't I think of that. Spoof packets to see how they're QoS'd. It wouldn't surprise me at all to find that your traffic is already being QoS'd to some extent.
And you can't prove I didn't do it!
